		<description>I am being charged £3500.00 early repayment charge by Northern Rock Assett management, in March 2010 i told them i was moving to a new build house which was not ready until Sep 2010, they said unless i move by 30-06-2010 i would be charged £3500.00. I wrote to Financial Ombudsman and they say they sympathise with me but they cant do anything about it!!! Have now written to Mark Hoban, Assistant Financial Secretary, awaiting reply? NORTHERN ROCK customers need to complain, the more people that complain something will get done!!</description>
